This website is operated by SENIKAU ASSOCIATION COMMITTEE (INC.), an incorporated non-profit association registered in Vanuatu under registration ID 501645, with its registered office at Kumul Hwy, Port Vila, Vanuatu.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. If you write to us by email, telephone or in person, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not require you to create an account to read any page.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to coordinate your participation in our community programs.

We may keep a short internal record of correspondence so the committee has continuity between meetings and can follow up on commitments made to community members.

4. We do not sell or monetise your data

We never sell, rent, trade or licence personal information. We do not use visitor data for advertising, profiling or any commercial purpose, and we do not share it with data brokers.

This website is not used to generate revenue, and there is no advertising network operating on it.

Access to correspondence and program records is limited to committee members and authorised volunteers who need it for their role. Accounts used for our official email are protected with strong passwords and, where available, two-step verification.

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, or as long as required for our records as an incorporated association, and then delete or securely destroy it.

8. Children

Where a program involves people under 18, we seek the consent of a parent, guardian or responsible adult before recording personal details, and we limit what we record to what is necessary for the activity and for the child's safety.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@LosAngelesHairTherapy.com and we will confirm your request and act on it as promptly as we can.
